How to Use the Toolbox

You can choose to use the Cancer Survival Toolbox in the way that you learn best and that is most comfortable for you. Some people prefer to listen to the modules on their own, at home or in the car. Others want to listen to the modules with their loved ones or in a support group setting where they can discuss the issues that are addressed. You'll find the Toolbox helpful at different points throughout your treatment and survivorship experience. As your circumstances change, you may find that different modules address the new situations you are facing. Once you've listened to the program, you may want to tell others about it.

If you are a healthcare professional, learn more about the Toolbox Facilitator's Manual and talking points for discussing the Toolbox.
