Action Center

When it comes to speaking up for quality cancer care, no one knows the issues better than those who live with it every day. That means YOU! We need your voice to make a difference.

Grassroots efforts are one of the most important parts of legislative campaigns. Let’s face it: your legislators in the House and Senate want to keep their jobs on Capitol Hill, and that means keeping their constituents (you!) happy. That’s why they pay very close attention to the views, concerns, and demands of the people who live in their districts.

Telling your story is powerful, but that alone won’t change a legislator’s vote. You must demonstrate that an issue is in the national interest, that it will impact the district and nation, and that there is already wide support among constituents.
