2008 CURE Day of Caring Breast Cancer Forum

May 3, 2008 - May 4, 2008

Denver, Colorado

Join hundreds of breast cancer patients, survivors and co-survivors to learn and laugh.

CURE is repeating its breast cancer-specific forum to bring together this dynamic group of women and their friends and family.

Start the day with the joy of movement before a nationally recognized opening keynote speaker. Morning speakers will update attendees on how far we have come and how far we have to go in breast cancer treatment in addition to other medical issues that affect the majority of survivors.

Lunch offers a time to relax and share with new friends and medical professionals. Immediately following lunch, choose a medical breakout for the issues that most affect you. The remainder of the afternoon is dedicated to other important issues of breast cancer that affect emotions and healing, including some complementary therapies you can try for yourself onsite.

The day ends with an author's reception where you can buy the books of many of the speakers. Then it's time to party! Drink wine and munch hors d'oeuvres while watching a fashion show put together by Macy's and Denver survivors. You'll hear their stories as they show you the latest in the season's fashions.

Sunday you can sleep in or join the yoga or walking groups before panels on hot topics and a final keynote to send you home filled with celebration and information.
