The National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship extends its condolences to the family of Elizabeth Edwards, who passed away after a long battle with metastatic breast cancer. Edwards, who presented an award at NCCS’s Rays of Hope Gala in 2007, was a tireless cancer advocate who publicly faced the challenges of living with breast cancer and metastatic disease.
