Ending treatment is a bittersweet moment for many survivors, and they are often unaware of their new health care needs. This program focuses on adapting back to life when treatment is over. It explores living with after effects, dealing with intimacy issues, communicating with family members, dealing with the emotional aspects of cancer, getting ones house in order, and, importantly, maintaining hope.
