Breakaway from Cancer™

Breakaway from Cancer is a 25-mile charity bike ride on Sunday, February 10th, in Palo Alto, California.  Watch Patrick Dempsey's public service announcement about the importance of this initiative, which was created in 2005 as a complementary component to the Amgen Tour of California.  Led by 11-time Tour de France veteran George Hincapie the fundraising ride raises awareness and funds to support valuable services and programs, provided free of charge, that help people living with cancer.  ALL registration fees and sponsor donations benefit NCCS and The Wellness Community to support free programs and services that help people living with cancer.
