Who We Are

The National Coalition for Cancer Survivorship defines all people touched by cancer as survivors, from the moment of diagnosis and through the balance of life. NCCS understands the difficulties associated with a cancer diagnosis and has created award-winning programs and resources to help empower all people touched by cancer to take charge of their care by being informed, asking questions and speaking up. Through these critically important programs, NCCS is educating cancer survivors to advocate for their needs, and the needs of others, to ensure the voice of survivorship remains strong in the fight for how the nation researches, regulates, finances, and delivers quality cancer care.
